mellanstadiet
Louise is the teacher for Mellanstadiet.
We’ve talked about Christmas traditions and food. About the Swedish landscape and different dialects. About animals native to Sweden. We’ve read some Scandinavian/Swedish authors such as H.C.Andersson, Selma Lagerlöf, Maria Gripe and Astrid Lindgren. And we have met together to play games, make pizza and visit museums.
We meet online every other Saturday 10.00 – 12.00. The focus is on reading, writing and discussion of the term’s topics. We meet in person once or twice a term for extended lessons.
