Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Swedish School Cambridge will be held on:

Following verification of current membership status, joining instructions will be issued before the meeting.
Only members whose membership is current for the 2025/26 membership year will be entitled to attend and vote.
Purpose of the Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is the Company’s formal statutory meeting and will consider the business required under the Company’s Articles of Association.
Operational matters relating to the day-to-day running of the School are considered separately by the Operational Board and are therefore outside the scope of this meeting.
Agenda

Welcome and confirmation of quorum.

Presentation of the Directors’ Report.

Presentation of the Financial Statements.

Resolution to receive and adopt the Annual Report and Financial Statements.

Any other statutory business.

Close of meeting.
Questions:
Members wishing to raise questions relating to the Directors’ Report or Financial Statements are requested to submit them in writing before the meeting to enable accurate responses to be prepared.
Questions relating to the operational delivery of educational activities should be directed to the Operational Board through its own member forum.

This meeting will be conducted in English. The official records and minutes of the Company are maintained in English as it is a company registered in England and Wales.
